The Home Fund Inc. is dedicated to the comprehensive revitalization of a historic African-American community in Central Florida. We will provide:

• Affordable Homeownership and Rental Opportunities: Constructing, rehabilitating, and selling single-family homes and developing multi-family apartments for low- to moderate-income residents.

• Economic Empowerment: Restoring the commercial district, providing business development support, and creating employment opportunities within the community.

• Cultural Heritage Preservation: Actively working to prevent cultural displacement by preserving the community's unique identity and traditions.

• Community Revitalization: Rebuilding the town with architectural appeal, preserving its cultural heritage, and ensuring long-term sustainability through strategic partnerships and community engagement.

• Senior Citizen Housing: Providing senior citizen housing with on-site support services.
