How to Apply for Any Program

Step 1: Take the Online Eligibility Quiz

• A 20–30-minute quiz determines if you meet preliminary criteria for your chosen program.

• Available to Winwood Community and Altamonte Springs (Unincorporated Seminole County) residents only.

Step 2: Submit & Wait for Review

• Our team reviews your quiz responses within 10–20 business days.

• If you qualify, we’ll email you instructions to proceed with the full application.

Step 3: Complete the Full Application

• After approval, we’ll guide you through program-specific paperwork.

• The entire process takes 4–8 weeks, depending on program demand.

Key Details

• Eligibility: All programs require residency in Winwood Community or Altamonte Springs (Unincorporated Seminole County). Income, age (for Senior Program), and property ownership (for Rebuild Program) criteria apply.

• Communication: Applications are sent via email only to those who pass the quiz.
