The Homeownership Program provides affordable homeownership opportunities for qualifying families in the Winwood Community and Altamonte Springs (Unincorporated Seminole County). Through low-interest mortgages and down payment assistance, we help families achieve the dream of owning a home.

Eligibility:

• Must reside in Winwood Community or Altamonte Springs (Unincorporated Seminole County).

• Household income must be below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

• First-time homebuyer status preferred (exceptions may apply).
