Affordable Housing Coming to Altamonte Springs

Are you forgoing necessary health care? Will a home continue to undermine your financial health? If you answered yes to any of the previous questions, consider applying for affordable housing.
How to Apply
Interested applicants should apply by submitting the following credentials:

Email or mail application before the deadline.
Email this preliminary application to: homes@thehomefund.org .
***Application must be emailed no later than 12/31/2023 at 11:59pm.***
Mail this preliminary application via USPS regular mail using a standard sized envelope to:

Submission Policies
One Application Per Household.
Your place on the waiting list will be determined by a lottery drawing.
Written notification of your status may take several weeks.
The Home Fund will only be selecting 50 applications from the lottery drawing.
If your address changes while you are on the waiting list:
You are responsible to update your address in writing by indicating your applicant number, name and new address.
